Yes! With the Enhanced or Flexible option, you can have multiple groups (such as locations, business units, teams) and change the sections, tiles or content chunks to give them specifically and only what relates to them.

No. The Induction App™ is web-based so it is quick and easy to access without downloading anything, and it can be used on any device.
Yes, new employees can complete just one online HR Form with all the fields you need and this will automatically create and send the tax and payroll forms to Payroll. With Enhanced and Flexible, you can also add other Forms to ask for their preferences and other information, and get that sent to the right people.
For self-service, you could be up and running within a day or two. For managed implementations, it could be up to one month due to the custom configuration. We encourage you to start using your Induction App as soon as possible and evolve and enhance as you go.

For managed implementations there is a Set Up fee from $5,995 (plus applicable tax) based on the complexity of configuration. The annual (or monthly) License Fee is based on the number of inductees you expect to have. Talk to us about what it would mean for you.
All aspects of The Induction App™ are intuitive and user-friendly – from Induction mode to Dashboard through to Content Manager . When we walk you through your App after its development, we’ll show you how easy it is for you to change your own content. We also have a base package that you can use to introduce it to your managers.
There's also a full knowledgebase where you can quickly search for answers. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, or if you need help, you can easily raise a Support Ticket from there. We pride ourselves on our quick response and resolution.
That’s okay. They can easily access their Induction App from any device, like a desktop, laptop or tablet.
Once they start, you could add a task getting them to change to using their work email instead. But before they start, you will be communicating with them via their personal email, so they’ll most likely start by signing in with that.
Inside the app, you can have text, images, videos, links to documents or webpages, checklists and task-lists, fillable forms, notepad and reflection, tab changers, drop down accordions, flipping cards, review questions and assessment quizzes.
Your Induction App is guaranteed to work on all the latest versions of common browsers (including their mobile variants) such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge. It may still work on other browsers or less recent browsers, so if you have a specific browser requirement, just let us know and we’ll test for it.
The Induction App™ is owned by The Induction Company Limited, with head office in Auckland, New Zealand.
Absolutely. It will look and feel like your company, with your colours, logo, images, etc. And all the content will be specific to your organisation.
